Because of the handmade nature of our products, we do not offer returns or exchanges at this time—but we’re committed to making things right if something arrives damaged or defective.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 5 days of receiving your order at hello@lamatrelle.com with your order number and a photo of the item in question.

We’ll happily send a replacement or offer store credit if the issue is confirmed. We may ask you to safely dispose of the damaged product, or return it to us (in which case we’ll cover return shipping).

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight. We aim to keep shipping costs as reasonable as possible and offer flat-rate shipping on orders over a certain amount when available (keep an eye out for seasonal promotions!).

Shipping Delays & Lost Packages

Once your order is in the hands of the shipping carrier, delays may occur due to weather, holidays, or postal disruptions. La Matrelle is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages, but we’ll always do our best to help you track down your order.
